By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
All products are handcrafted using fresh ingredients.
Substitutions may occur depending on seasonal or supplier availability, always ensuring equal or higher quality ingredients.
Photos on the website and social media are illustrative; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders
Orders must be placed before 16:00 (4 PM) for next-day delivery or later.
Orders placed after 16:00 will automatically be scheduled from the following day onward.
Large or corporate orders may require 48 hours notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Euros (€).
Maison Graze is exempt from VAT:
IVA – Isento ao abrigo do Art.º 53.º do CIVA.
Payment is required at checkout.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Delivery Terms
We deliver throughout Central Lisbon, including Estrela, Lapa, Santos, Príncipe Real, Chiado, Baixa, Cais do Sodré and nearby areas.
Delivery is free within our delivery radius.
A delivery window will be communicated after order confirmation.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Due to the perishable nature of the products, redelivery is not possible.
Maison Graze is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
traffic
weather
courier issues
incorrect addresses provided
inability to contact the customer at the delivery time
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Any cancellation request made after this window cannot be accepted.
7. No Refund Policy
Maison Graze does not offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.
Once an order is placed and paid, it becomes final.
Cancellations are accepted only up to 24 hours before delivery.
No refunds are issued after this time.
If there is a concern about product quality, you must inform us immediately upon delivery with photos.
